We are mobile!
Our mobile bus travels to many towns. Including Ottumwa, Seymour, Pleasant Hill, Altoona, Moravia and Albia.
Everything Included
We do not upcharge for nails, anal glands, ear hair etc. But we do offer additional services to pamper your pet. We have a cash discount!
Done in a timely manner
We do not require you to leave your pet with us all day. Although we do allow it! All animals are done in a timely fashion to reduce stress and keep your pet comfortable
Dog Boarding
We offer many different packages to fit each individuals needs. No restrictions on breeds. Experienced in administering medications including subcutaneously. We have two different suite sizes, Standard (5x5) and Deluxe (5x10)

Our Happy Hound package includes a Kuranda cot, food and water bowls, regular potty breaks, and an enrichment activity with a photo update. This is for your pups who need that mental stimulation which they will receive through a puzzle or frozen treat. (done every 3 days)
Our Lucky Pup package includes a Kuranda cot, food and water bowls, regular potty breaks, extended play periods, daily photo updates, and a nail trim. These extended play periods will leave your dog tired and ready to snuggle up, without their sharp nails to poke you!

Our Senior Suite package includes a soft comfy bed, administration of medications, extra potty breaks, and a quiet environment. This package is perfect for your older dogs who need a quiet place to rest away from the other commotion.
Add On's
Daycare

Allow your dog to enjoy a day full of play. This service is offered Mon- Fri. They will participate in our daycare services where they can exercise and play with friends all day long. This service requires dogs to be fixed over the age of 6 months and a screening prior to entering.
1 hour of play time
$5
An hour of extra play with/without friends. This service is offered any day of the week. The specifics of playtime may vary on personality.
Enrichment Activities
Fun and challenging games to keep your dogs mentally stimulated. This add-on is not only nutritious but also helps their mind stay at-ease during a stay.

Some one-on-one time with our employees. This add-on is for dogs who may not enjoy the presence of other dogs but would love some extra attention.

Late pick up

A luxury after-hours service for when your plane is running late. Specific times must be selected at drop off our during our phones business hours, if it is not communicated beforehand, this add-on is not available. Typically range between 8pm and 10pm

Sun-Mon 8am to 5pm
Our Albia facility has someone available for drop off or pick up Monday - Friday 8am-5pm. If you are dropping off/picking up on a weekend or holiday, we will contact you with instructions on where your dog is to be kept.
Oskaloosa
Mon-Fri 7am to 5pm
Sat & Sun 8-9am & 1-2pm
Our Oskaloosa facility has someone available for drop off or pick up Monday - Friday 7am-5pm. Saturday and Sunday 8am-9am and 1pm-2pm.
Holidays
Drop off and pick up on holidays are only available from 8am - 9am NO EXCEPTIONS. The business phone will be off and no one will be reachable after 9am.

Requirements
Your dog must be spayed or neutered after the age of 6 months.
Your dog must be up-to-date on vaccinations
Your dog must pass a screening prior to attending
Your dog must be in good health and have not been ill in the last 14 days
Prices
Our fees are based on a pass plan. A pass is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The pass is nontransferable.
Hours
Mon-Fri from 7am-5pm. After 5:00pm there is a $1 charge per minute.
All dogs participate in a 2 hour state mandated nap time from 11:00AM-1:00PM. Pick up/drop off prohibited at this time.

Cancellation Policy
Mobile
-Must be on repeat schedule.
-If you need to cancel or miss an appointment, full payment is required.
On-Site
-24 hour notice results in $30 late cancellation fee
-Day of results in full charge
-If you paid $25 deposit and cancel without rescheduling, you lose the deposit
Boarding
-Full payment is due when cancellation is within 1 week
-Cancellations more than 1 week will result in a CREDIT of your deposit

-When paying cash, you recieve a 7% discount!
